Since 2018 I’ve hired exactly 12 Filipino VAs for myself and for Rick Mulready. I’ll use my same hiring process to find a quality VA (or three) for you.

Over the years, I’ve worked with lots of successful solopreneur online course creators. Most are downright intimidated by writing a job description, choosing the right amount of pay and then wading through the tide of applicants and figuring out how to find the right VA.

I’ll create and post a job description that weeds out the wrong candidates and attracts the right ones.
I’ll follow up with potential candidates, have them do a trial and evaluate their work. (This is easy for me since I’ve hired lots of VAs.)
I’ll present you with a qualified finalist or three finalists depending on your preference.
You make the hire and begin spending your time doing more of the ‘CEO responsibilities’ that will move your business forward.
